What the site is

The site provides general information and computation tools about state child care assistance programs and state-published child care inspection records. Verdicts are estimates computed from published state charts, which change; only the responsible state agency can determine eligibility, co-pay amounts, or benefit levels for any family.

The kit

The Daycare Help Kit is a digital publication sold for a one-time payment. It contains worksheets, walkthroughs, and reference tables compiled from published state documents current at the date stamped in the kit. It is not legal, tax, or benefits advice, and it does not file, submit, or influence any application.

Acceptable use

You may use the site and the kit for your own family's decisions. You may not republish the kit or substantial parts of it, resell access, or use the site's record translations to publish ratings or accusations about any named child care provider.

Liability

We work to keep every chart accurate and dated, and we correct errors on a published schedule. We are not liable for decisions made from an estimate where the agency's own determination differs, or for figures taken from a chart after its stamped check date without re-verification.
